Enhancements to the Create Subscription and Update Subscription APIs

The Create Subscription and Update Subscription APIs have been modified to support information about Sales Support Representative (SSR) and Reseller Sales Support Representative (RSSR). Now, you can include the SSR/RSSR details in the request payload of the APIs to associate a subscription with an existing SSR/RSSR in the marketplace.
